Dear Vendor,

Thank you for your interest in participating in Oregon Trail Days 2026! We’re excited to welcome you to this year’s event, which promises great foot traffic and exciting festivities in the park. Below, you’ll find all the key details to help you prepare for a successful experience.

​Event Schedule & Booth Hours📅 Dates:
  • Wednesday, July 1st
  • Thursday, July 2nd
  • Friday, July 3rd
  • Saturday, July 4th

​⏰ Operating Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (or later if you choose)
  • Vendors please remain open until at least 6:00 PM but are welcome to stay open later.
  • Rodeo foot traffic begins around 7:00 PM, providing additional business opportunities.
  • The Lions Club Breakfast starts at 7:00 AM on July 4th, drawing early visitors.

Booth Setup & Load Out🛠 Setup Dates & Times:
  • June 30th: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM and
  • July 1st: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM (please be ready by opening at 10:00 AM)
  • If you need additional setup time, contact Debra at (541) 216-3723.

🚚 Load Out:
  • July 4th after 6:00 PM
  • July 5th – All day

Electricity & Equipment⚡ Electricity is available, but please note:
  • RV air conditioners and similar high-energy appliances are prohibited.

Pet Policy🐾 Well-mannered, leashed pets are welcome.
  • Owners must clean up after their pets to maintain a tidy space.

Vendor Space Requirements: If your setup includes a trailer or a larger space than a standard 10’ x 10’ booth, please notify the event organizers when submitting your application.
  • We want to ensure you have the best possible exposure for your booth.
  • Maps with booth assignments will be distributed closer to the event date.
  • Extending your booth outside the paid-for dimensions on your registration form is prohibited and will result in additional fees.
